High School Program
The class will involve a strenuous strength component for the upper and lower body that is used in conjunction with plyo-metrics to increase speed and power. Participants will be using free weights.
Each participant will be helped with nutrition and be given a throwing program along with a Tuesday/Thursday workout.
The first Wednesday of each month will be a testing day.
Two Time Slots are available
Days: Mon, Wed., Fri.
Time: 4:00pm or 5:15pm
12 one hour long sessions per month
Limit 8 students per class

Members/month $125
Nonmembers/month $150
Pay for 5 months up front receive 10% off
Each class will start at the first of the month. These classes will fill up very quickly and to reserve a spot for each class payment must be made up front. |
