Thank you for your interest in having your next birthday party at Mac-N-Seitz Baseball/Softball. When you first arrive for your party you will have an hour of infield time which will be followed by an hour in the party room for food, cake, ice cream, presents, and any other special events. Mac-N-Seitz will even clean up the mess!! After that each child will be given two tokens (30 pitches each!) to use in the batting cages (batting cages are open to the public and are on a first come first serve basis).

During the infield time you may use the infield to play any games you so wish, including:  baseball, football, kickball, just to name a few.  A Mac-N-Seitz employee will make sure all the bases are at the appropriate distance if you choose to play a game where bases are needed, and we will supply Incrediballs to use if playing baseball. Other than that we do not actually run the party, you will need to have someone to supervise their infield play.   There may be instructors warming up members for private lessons around the perimeter of the infield. You are renting the infield 90 feet out from the home plate, rather than the entire infield. Rental times must be kept on schedule.

Parties can only be scheduled on weekdays during the day between 10:00am and 3:00pm, Friday nights after 6:00pm, or on weekends after 12:00pm.  Note:  During the months of January - February space is very limited and can only be scheduled for weekends after 12:00pm.

You may bring in your own food and drinks or have food delivered to Mac-N-Seitz.  We do not provide a cake but you are welcome to bring one in. If you have any questions please feel free to call anytime.

A credit card number is taken at time of scheduling and a $50.00 deposit will be charged to your card. That amount will be deducted from the infield price at the time of the party. If you should decide to cancel, please give us at least 72 hours notice. If cancellation is not received within 72 hours of the scheduled party time, the $50.00 deposit will remain on your charge card.

The Birthday Party package is only $200 inluding the $50 deposit.
