The Mac-N-Seitz organizational teams were founded in 1997 by Kevin Seitzer and Mike Macfarlane with one goal in mind, "Provide every player in the Kansas City area an opportunity to play for one of the most competitive and best coached organizations in the country."  In the early years the organization only had a few teams named the Indians, now, the organization has over 14 teams, representing every age group, represented by the Indians and the Red Sox.  In the summer of 2008, Mac-N-Seitz will field its first collegiate team, the Mac-N-Seitz Athletics, which will be playing in the MINK league.
