Why Mac-N-Seitz Teams?
Program Overview
The Mac-N-Seitz organization teams were founded in 1997 by Kevin Seitzer and Mike Macfarlane, both former Major League Baseball players, to provide every player in the Kansas City area an opportunity to play for one of the most competitive and best coached organizations in the country. Kevin Seitzer - also the hitting coach for the Kansas City Royals - and Mike Macfarlane spearheaded the organization from only a couple of teams initially to over 25 teams today, representing every age group. The teams are represented by the Indians, Red Sox, Royals, and Brewers brands.

Here at Mac-N-Seitz we believe that development of every player that enters our doors should be the main focus of our instructors, our coaching staff, and our parents in the organization. If we achieve the goal of developing each team member on the field and off, make them into better young men and women, then our teams will have success and win as a result.
