Teaching Life The MNS Way

For years Mac-N-Seitz has been Kansas City’s leading baseball and softball development program. Thousands of young men and women have come through these doors only to leave equipped with a better understanding of the game and the skills to match. We’ve had many of our students compete at the collegiate level and many end up going professional. But at Mac-N-Seitz the development we provide for our students goes much further than just baseball. The MNS Way is a way of life. Young men and women who have been through our program come back years later preaching about skills they learned that have made them successful in their daily lives outside of baseball. Persistence, hard work, accountability, struggle, success… all adjectives that describe our way of life. Kids in our program learn first hand from people who have put in the work required to make it in this industry.

Chie worked with my son Owen today for the first time and connected with him instantly. Really glad we decided to invest in some advanced training. Dad can only take em so far.

Bill Cronkhite

Very good cages and gave me plenty of time to work on my game. Didn’t try to rush me out.

Jacob Hawkins

Great place! I take my son for pitching lessons with Mark, class act. We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic facility and such great legends there to help the youth learn how to play the game!

Nora Madrid

First time there with my son and he loves it have set up the next lesson already.

Jake attended the classes in the fall 2010 and winter 2011. Jake’s strength definitely improved for the spring baseball season. He was able to make stronger throws, hit with more pop and was much faster on the base paths. Your class was a significant factor in Jake’s success on the field and helped earn a Division I scholarship. Thanks again Rob!

My son has attended several camps and have enjoyed everyone of them. His coaches has notice the new skills has learned too. Great job!!
